“Dani” is married with two grown kids and a new grandson, James. Originally from sunny Southern California, she traded in her badge as a Los Angeles Deputy Sheriff to pursue her long-time love for fitness. For the past 30 years, she’s worn just about every hat in the industry: gym owner, consultant, and designer of fitness spaces, as well as selling top-tier fitness equipment.
What she loves most is teaming up with great people to create inspiring fitness spaces. After three decades in the business, she still brings the same energy, creativity, and commitment to every project.

Joelle and her husband, Brent, are proud parents of three grown daughters and exceptionally grateful for their first granddaughter, Braesyn — a true joy in their lives. Joelle graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Exercise Science and has spent the past 25 years in the commercial fitness equipment industry. Her work and referrals have taken her nationwide, where she's built lasting relationships and enjoys each and every day designing creative, state-of-the-art fitness centers.
What sets Joelle apart is her genuine approach — she values every connection, often turning professional relationships into lifelong friendships. It's that personal touch that makes her love what she does every single day.

As FitLogistix grew, so did the need for talented people. Keeping it in the family, both Joelle’s husband, Brent, and Dani’s husband, Mike, left the corporate world to join the FitLogistix team. They brought with them fresh perspectives, invaluable expertise, and an energy that continues to drive the company forward.

Partner/Vice President Of Sales
Mike is a Southern California native who also spent 10 years in Seattle, where he earned his degree from the University of Washington. In 1998, he relocated to Arizona, where he and his wife, Dani, have made their home ever since.
As FitLogistix began to grow, Mike left his corporate job to join the company full-time. Over the years, he’s built a sales and sales management career that’s taken him through the automotive, information technology, and fitness industries. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and playing golf.

Brent McCasland
Vice President Of Strategic Accounts
Brent McCasland grew up in Tucson, Arizona, and later graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Kinesiology. Before joining FitLogistix, he spent 16 years with the incredible team at Jostens. His time there taught him how to navigate challenging situations, lead with integrity, and create positive outcomes for both clients and team members. In March 2020, Brent joined the FitLogistix team. He feels truly blessed to be part of FitLogistix’s incredible growth and takes great pride in what the team has accomplished. Outside of work, Brent enjoys spending time with his wife, Joelle, their three daughters, Kensey, Kierlyn, and Brielle, and their granddaughter, Braesyn. When he does get some free time, you can find him wakeboarding, skiing, or golfing.
